Lutheran Public School, Kangrai is a Religious Minority Educational Institution owned by the Manipur Evangelical Lutheran Church. It was established in 2019.

It aims to form the human person by orienting him to the ultimate good, to the good of the society whose responsibilities he will later share. Children are helped to develop harmoniously their physical, moral-intellectual endowments so that they may form the ability to judge rightly acquire a sense of responsibility, imbibe the cultural legacy of previous generations, foster a sense of values, prepare for life, and do their best to promote the common good. It is also aims to the children “develop into perfect manhood according to the mature measures of the fullness of Christ” (Eph 4:13).
